Your vacation apartment is ready for you starting at 2:00 p.m. One day prior to your scheduled arrival, we will e-mail you the access code for your apartment and a description of the location of your vacation apartment; this allows you the freedom to come and go as you please.

On the day of your departure, we request that you vacate your vacation apartment by 10:00 a.m., at the very latest; this is so that it can be immediately cleaned for the next guests. Otherwise, we will have to charge you for an additional day of occupancy.

You can pay your final bill in cash, by bank transfer, or with your credit card or bankomat (automatic teller machine). Please note that, in Italy, cash payments are permitted by law only up to a sum of EURO 4,999.

Your reservation will be regarded as binding only after each party has received written confirmation and you have made an advance payment (30% of the total sum).

• The listed rates apply to a minimum stay of one week, for two persons, per day. The minimum stay (outside of the vacation seasons) is: 3 nights. For short stays of between three and five nights, you will be billed a surcharge of 10%.
• The listed rates are valid for two adults. There is a surchage of €25.00 per day for every additional person.
• Children’s price rates: Children up to 3 years of age: €8.00; children 4 to 6 years of age: €12.00; children 7 to 13 years of age: €20.00; and youths 14 years old and older: €25.00 per day.

Final cleaning is billed separately. The cost of this varies from apartment to apartment.

In consideration of persons suffering from allergies, pets are allowed only in specified vacation apartments (Fernblick, Sonnige Pause, and Freiraum). One dog is allowed per vacation apartment. Surcharge: €18.oo per day (food not included). In the event that your pet makes additional cleaning effort necessary, we will apply a corresponding surcharge.

The local government requires us to levy a resort tax on their behalf; the revenues from this tax are used to maintain and expand infrastructure and services, the organization of local cultural and sports events, etc. This resort tax amounts to €2.10 per guest and per night. Children and youths under 14 years of age are exempt. The resort tax must be paid upon your departure, and will be separately listed in your bill.

• You are welcome to use our washing machine for a fee.
• Farm-fresh products from our own production are on sale, including our homemade wine and jams, bacon from South Tyrolean farmers, cheese, butter, and yoghurt from the Algund dairy farm.
• If you provide us with advance notice (one day in advance, up to 11:30 a.m.), you can make use of our fresh bun service from Monday to Saturday. This includes buns, an assortment of whole-grain buns, sour dough flatbreads, and croissants all baked by our village baker, which we will deliver to your apartment door.

With the Algund GuestPass (which we will issue to you in digital form, at no additional charge), you can make use of all public transportation systems and select aerial cableways for the entirety of your stay, free of charge. The images depicting the apartment furnishings are renderings and can, under certain circumstances, differ slightly from reality.

In the case unforeseen complications, you should be equipped to deal with the unexpected.

If you are, for whatever reason, unable to begin your stay or have to terminate it prematurely, this can result in unpleasant consequences not only for you as the traveller and us as your hosts – unless you are insured against this. It is thus important to be prepared for any contingency. In the event you cancel your stay, your prepayment will not be remitted to you.

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code You have no right to withdraw, without penalty, from the lodgings agreement. Nevertheless, we do grant you the option of cancelling according to the following conditions as set forth in Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

• Up to 40 days, at the latest, prior to the scheduled day of arrival, you can cancel your reservation without cancellation charge – minus a processing fee of €50.^oo.
• Up to one month before arrival, the entire prepayment will be retained.
• 29 days to one week prior to arrival: You will be charged 70% of the total value of the booking.
• In the final week prior to arrival: You will be charged 90% of the total value of the booking.

In the event of a “no show” (guest fails to appear) and/or if the stay is ended prematurely, the cost for the entire arranged booking must be paid in full.

Please inform us in a timely fashion if you discover that you are unable to begin your vacation stay with us.
