The Algund Wine Trail takes you through the meticulously maintained vineyards along the Algund Waal and Schlundensteinweg. Here, the history of the cultural and vineyard landscape comes to life. Several panels provide information about the Algund Waal, ancient grape varieties, and the work of the “Saltner”, who once protected the ripening harvest.

Hike along the famous steep slopes of Algund, which produce wines of exceptional quality, and learn about sustainable viticulture practices with fungus-resistant PIWI grape varieties on this approximately 5-kilometer trail.
